Jeff Appel practices in the areas of Probate & Estate Administration, Wills & Trusts and Real Estate. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association and the Worthington Estate Planning Council.

Jeff was raised in Worthington, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University.

Prior to starting the law firm of Appel & Hellstedt LLP, Jeff was associated with the Columbus law firm of Downes Hurst & Fishel and prior to that served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.

Jeff serves on the Board of Trustees for the Worthington Educational Foundation is also involved in other community organizations and activities, including the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club and Leadership Worthington. Jeff and his family reside in Worthington.
