Jeffrey L. Appel

Jeff Appel practices in the areas of Probate & Estate Administration/Wills & Trusts. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association. Jeff is also licensed to practice in Florida, where he is a member of the Florida Bar Association and Sarasota County Bar Association.
Jeff was raised in Worthington, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University.
Prior to starting the law firm of Appel & Hellstedt LLP, Jeff was associated with the Columbus law firm of Downes Hurst & Fishel, and prior to that, served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office.
Jeff is an active member of the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club and is also involved in other community organizations and activities, including the Worthington Presbyterian Church, Leadership Worthington, and Worthington Youth Lacrosse. Jeff and his family reside in Worthington.
